DESCRIPTION:The Friends Memory Café at Hartman Reserve Nature Center is a monthly program to support leisure\, fun\, and friendship for people living with dementia or memory impairment\, their caregivers\, and all others interested in being a part of this supportive community! The events feature refreshments and nature-related programs or activities. Weather permitting\, activities and programs may include time outdoors. Meets every first Wednesday of the month at 10am. DESCRIPTION:Seeking Champion Volunteers: Do you want to become a Dementia Friends Champion? \nA champion attends an additional training to be able to present Dementia Friends Information sessions to the public. Champion Volunteers are asked to present at least to sessions per year. \nThe Champion training will be offered via Zoom.
